Founding pilot terms

A clear cost. A choice on every lead.

60-day pilot

$0 platform fee

The pilot lasts 60 days from the effective date in your signed agreement. No automatic renewal: continuing afterwards requires mutual written agreement.

Pay on acceptance

$75 per accepted lead

Accept or decline within 24 hours of delivery. Declined and expired leads cost nothing. An accepted lead is a homeowner request, not a guaranteed appointment or sale.

One provider per lead

Exclusive to your company

Each lead is delivered to one provider and is not sent, sold, or shown to another. Exclusivity applies to that lead; it does not reserve a territory.

Either party may end the pilot by written notice. Fees for leads already accepted remain payable. Lead volume, homeowner accuracy, and sales outcomes are not guaranteed. The signed agreement governs the pilot.

The proposed request flow

Project context before the first conversation.

TapSpec's free tools help homeowners explore treatment categories and ownership costs. The pilot is designed to connect a request with a provider whose services and coverage fit.

  • The homeowner confirms your company by name before any request is shared.
  • You review the request and choose whether to accept within 24 hours.
  • Contact stays limited to that request, by consented email or a manually dialed call. No texts, automated calls, or resale.
  • If the homeowner opts out, contact stops and the withdrawal is recorded.

A practical fit

Tell us what work you want to take.

We want to hear from businesses offering residential water treatment, testing, installation, or maintenance. Tell us your service cities or ZIP codes, service mix, and capacity to respond so we can discuss whether a future pilot in your area could be a fit.

Before participation, we review business identity, required licenses and insurance, coverage, and the signed agreement. Your company must protect request data, respect opt-outs, and never resell or add it to unrelated marketing lists.

How is participation in our market confirmed?

We discuss your service cities or ZIP codes, the services you offer, and local readiness with you before agreeing to a pilot start. Registering interest or requesting the agreement does not activate your area or set a launch date.

Will requesting the agreement start billing?

No. It opens an email to TapSpec. There is no signup charge or automatic enrollment. We first confirm fit and discuss the written agreement.

When would I receive my first lead?

There is no promised date or volume. Recruitment is underway; homeowner quote intake and lead delivery are not active. We will confirm readiness with you before the pilot starts.

What happens after 60 days?

There is no automatic renewal. Any continuation and its pricing require mutual written agreement.

Is this paid placement in the tools or guides?

No. Participation does not buy a ranking, editorial endorsement, or a product recommendation. The calculators and testing-first methodology remain independent.
